Get up and running in 5 steps.

Log in to EARS Connect — Open earsconnect.com and sign in with the email and temporary password from your welcome email.

Change your password — Click the Profile icon (bottom-left corner), go to Settings > Security tab, and change your temporary password.

<aside> 3️⃣
Set up your voicemail — Go to your Profile, click Edit, then upload or record your voicemail greeting. You can also turn on Voicemail Email Alerts to get notified when you miss a call. Click Save Changes when you're done.

Make a test call — Use the softphone in EARS Connect to call a coworker's extension. Make sure your mic and speakers are working.

Set up your desk phone (if applicable) — Plug in your desk phone and follow the quick start guide for your model. Find your guide under Hardware Guides below.
